We are seeking a Global Operational Reporting & Control to join our VPG team (a temporary position)
·Responsible for actual financial results, budget and forecasts of total IT, Marcom & Logistics, including intercompany billings and allocations, Global G&A (including Corporate).
·Responsible for financial results, budget and forecasts for global & regional G&A functions, including review of regional reconciliations and preparation WW G&A & Corporate reconciliations.
·Track capital spending worldwide (Global IT/Logistics/Marcom/G&A).
·Define intercompany cost allocations and billing.
·Assure compliance with Vishay Precision Group cost reporting definition.
·Participate in the initiation and follow-up of cost reduction program, monitor ERP implementations budget etc.
·Sales, Orders & VM, Global sales cube.
BA in Economics / MBA a plus
6-8 years as a senior financial analyst
Ability to interact with a variety of personnel
Clear and direct communication skills both oral and written (fluency in English)
Ability to work under pressure and to comply with strict deadlines
