We are looking for a motivated PROCESS ENGINEER to join our VPG team!
Responsibilities
- Identification of chronic problems in the process, determining root-causes and find robust solutions for problems and maximizing process performance.
- Preserving and continuously improving machine performance to reduce process variability.
- Process window characterization of newly developed processes to achieve stable and repeatable outcomes.
- Leading yield enhancement project to improve profitability and production efficiency.
- High analytical ability, ability to collect and analyze data from various sources of information and to draw integrative conclusions.
- Supporting engineering data.
- Creating and maintaining working procedures.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in process engineering
- An advantage for the semiconductor industry
- Understanding of the fundamentals of semiconductor processing and integration.
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, documentation, coordination, execution and communication skills
- Knowledge of JMP Software will be preferred.
- Self-starter, motivated, and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing operation.
