Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to support our VP of HR and IT.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the VP and their teams, managing their calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the VP's calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging conference calls

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation

• Provide administrative support to the VP and their teams, including drafting and proofreading emails, preparing presentations, and organizing files

• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings

• Manage expenses and prepare expense reports

• Serve as a liaison between the VP and internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

•  Fluent English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working in HR and IT departments preferred
