We are looking for a Inprocess Qualtiy Inspector to join our dynamic Quality team

Responsibilities
  • Should maintain Product and process quality as per requirements through periodically conducts the audit.
  • Should Maintain IPC 610 & 620 product Quality requirements in product
  • Should effectively coordinate the QA team and work with towards improve the quality.
  • Should have Maintain 5S and process improvements throughout the shop floor
  • Timely clearance of parts waiting at final inspection
  • Should work against customer complaint and prevent the re-occurrence.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/BE in Engineering with at least 4 years of experience as a Inprocess Quality inspector in a manufacturing/industrial company
  • Experience in IPC 610 & 620 - a significant advantage
  • High level English

We are looking for a Production supervisor to join our dynamic production team

Responsibilities
  • Work out budget requirements in terms of manpower based on annual production targets and targeted efficiency.
  • To finalize the production volumes based on the Budget quantities month wise in coordination with the Planning, after assessment of the demand and constraints. Drill down the monthly plan to weekly plan for manufacturing and provide weekly requirements to Assembly.
  • Monitor production performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and continuously review the achievement status of the KPIs. Meet the quantity targets; Meet service levels and targeted quality. Manage queue days as per the established norms; Analyze reasons for performance / non-performance and make corrective action plan.
  • Identify problems before there could be any major impact on performance. Get the production / cross- functional team to collect real time facts in and around the problem area and together identify the root cause.
  • Ensure cordial industrial relations. Create and Promote Safe and healthy working environment in the Shop floor.
  • Implement Safety Systems and procedures; Motivate employees to adhere to safety rules.
  • Make the supervisors and operators aware of the Production System processes applicable to production.
  • Deploy 5 S activities; ensure training and adherence to 5 S procedures. Monitor and audit 5 S practices; Take action to improve implementation at shop floor. Full House Keeping Audit 
Qualifications
  • Diploma/ BE in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor / Teamleader in a manufacturing/industrial company
  • Experience in handling unionised people  - a significant advantage
  • Good Communication skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Electronics and Electrical Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and Carry out Electrical and Mechanical Preventative Maintenance of Machines
  • Ensure all machines are safe and fit for Operations.
  • Installation of new machines and Relocation of existing equipment
  • Overhaul and upkeep and repair of all plant machines including electrical and Mechanical works
  • Trouble shoot and Fault detection on CNC and PLC controlled Machines
  • Trouble shooting on Automatic TIG, MIG and Laser Weld Machines
  • Trouble shoot and Fault detect on Hydraulic Testing Machines and Mechanical Calibrators.
  • Installation of Electrical Equipment etc.
  • Review and Update of Engineering spare requirements to department Head.
  • Actively promote safe working practices • Work with and Coordinate Contractors
  • Undertake repairs and servicing to the highest standard in accordance with work requests and pre-determined specifications
  • To be a Good Team Player. 
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Engineering in Electrical & Electronics engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a Plant maintenace engineer in a manufacturing/industrial company
  • Experience & Good knowledge in electrical and electronics with sound trouble shooting knowledge.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team

Responsibilities
  • To Carry out Preventive Maintenance Activities in the plant
  • Continually monitor & Ensure all machines are Fit & safe for Production.
  • Installation of new Machines and Relocation of old Equipment in the plant.
  • Overhaul, upkeep & repair of SPM’s, CNC M/C’s including Makino, Mazak, DMG-Ms, BFW) Hydraulic press,Tig welding M/C, Testing M/C and SPM’s.etc..
  • Goal to reduce MTTR / Increase MTBF and Maximize Equipment Availability-OEE
  • through Innovative ideas.
  • Undertake repairs & servicing of All machines including CNC m/c’s to the highest standard in accordance with work requests and pre-determined specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, Fault Diagnose, M/C Alignment, Set right & Testing the machines for operation. (use the Mechanical, Hydraulics & Pneumatics skills)
  • Ready to work under pressure & able to meet daily/weekly & monthly deadlines.
  • Demonstrate sound decision-making skills and having high degree of Tech.skills.
  • Where a detailed specification is not provided Determine the cause of the fault and then undertake the most cost effective solution to up the machines.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Engineering in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a Plant maintenace engineer in a manufacturing/industrial company
